Why Are My E-mails going Into The Spam Folder?
Legitimate E-mails In Spam Folder
The advanced technology where Spams are directly sent to the Spam folder has its limitations. Some Spams have a common domain name where the spam filter already recognizes it as a Spam. When a legitimate e-mail is used to send junk mails and for example it ends with @yahoo.com the spam bots will most of the times regard any e-mail that ends with @yahoo.com as a spam and most of your legitimate e-mails will be sent to the Spam folder and probably deleted.
Labeled E-mail As Spam Goes to Spam Folder
There is a problem when you select many of your junk mails that you subscribed from online sites to send you newsletters and they send three to five newsletters a day. This can be annoying and many people select the e-mail addresses of such newsletter sites and while selecting, some e-mails that are still important are marked as Spam. Among the junk newsletters senders, you will have marked two or three legitimate addresses as Spam and when those people contact you, you will not be able to get their messages.
Addresses Not In The Contacts Enter Spam Folder
There are many times that auto-spam filter sends all messages from new senders to the spam folder even when they are legitimate senders. This has happened for many people and it is always advisable to add the address of a new friend, family or business associates into the contacts folder to prevent very important messages from being sent to the Spam folder. Many people have not appeared for an interview because the message went to the Spam folder. People have missed weddings and funerals because legitimate e-mail went into the Spam folder
